During this time I have worked with many different age groups.  I always seem to end up back in the Infant Program where I spent my first three years as a teacher.  I love working with the babies and truly enjoy being part of their care at this remarkable time in their lives.

My name is Kathleen and I'm currently a substiute teacher at Precious Memories Place.  I graduated with my Bachelor's Degree from Mitchell College.  From there I worked at the Waterford Country School.  I became a teacher because I love the look on a child's face when they learn something new.  While working here I hope to see that look on every child's face, everyday.  So let's open our imaginations so we can learn and play together.

Leah.jpgMiss Leah

Hi, I’m Miss Leah.  I joined the Precious Memories Place staff in January of 2012 and absolutely love it here!  This is my tenth year as a toddler/preschool teacher.  I was the Toddler one teacher for three and a half years before becoming the Preschool One teacher.  I'm enjoying our three year olds and their love of art and exploration.  When I'm not at work I'm at home, the beach, the pool or on a spur of the moment adventure with my six year old son and ten month old daughter!  Both of my children attend(ed) PMP as well.  I look forward to meeting you.

kelsey.jpgMiss Kelsey

My name is Miss Kelsey, I am a preschool teacher at Precious Memories. I am also a full time student at Three Rivers Community College for Early Childhood Education. My experience includes volunteering a semester in a Kindergarten classroom at Dean’s Mill Elementary School. I also interned at the Stonington High School daycare, as well as, plenty of babysitting opportunities. Ever since I can remember, I have wanted to work with children. I never knew the exact capacity or the type of job I was looking for, but I did know that it had to be something that involved helping children grow, learn, and play during the developmental stages of their lives. I am so thankful to be part of such an amazing team here at PMP!
